Many couples or persons who have given birth find that so much changes after having a baby, even in the best of circumstances. Everything from time available, exhaustion, to major changes in libido or specific areas of the body that once were one way and now feel completely different. This group is best suited to those wanting to connect with other couples or individuals who want to speak more openly about the unique challenges that present themselves in a postpartum intimate relationship or interactions. Moderated by a certified sexual educator and therapist, who is also a doula themselves, get some expert advise and guidance on how to know when something is abnormal and needs extra support or attention, or what can be done in situations where something is considered normal, but not desired. This is a special, very safe place to be able to respectfully and openly talk about all things sex, birth and postpartum.

As with all of our groups, we do not tolerate any discriminatory behavior or remarks whatsoever against any person or group. Those who violate this safe space may be asked to stop attending the group in the future, if an appropriate resolution is not achieved. We encourage you to reach out for more in depth help and support for any specific issues you might be struggling with in regards to feeding, through either our staff or our group moderators, at any time!
